Great support and an effective app when it comes to Upsell, easy to use and install. I would recommend this app if you are looking for an upsell which works as a pop-up.

This app is great and promising! working great with fast loading and no bugs!
Customer service was there prior the installation to check if it will work well with my other options and discount apps by Bold, they run a test on a seperate store to show me its good, and after installation with css design help and general questions.

In LOVE with this app! Not only are we seeing fantastic conversion rates with our upsells, but customer support goes above and beyond to make sure you get the results you want. We had our app optimized and customized to our store's look and feel. Cannot recommend it enough. Very happy customers here.

[Update: The team got back to us shortly after we posted our review, to make sure what makes us leave and see if they can help. This deserves one more star (3 to 4). Good work guys.] The app works well, and it's probably the best integrated pop-up upsell we've tried so far. However, aside from the aesthetics, our upsell doesn't convert any more with this app than it did with the previous (free) app. We would stay with this app if the price was more acceptable. So far, this app has cost us more than the money it brings in. We would really like to see a smaller plan for smaller stores, or even better, "FREE until our upsells cover the cost of the app each month" so that you only pay when it makes you money. Unfortunately, we're going to stop using it and go back to our old free app, which isn't as pretty, but converts just as well.

By far the best upsell app on the platform, it's beautiful, customizable and intuitive. Kudos to Tom for excellent support.
