Working with Digismoothie team (Candy Rack) for about 3 months and they have been very helpful and responsive in working with us on our Upsells.

We had 13k Upsells that were required to add to our site. The CSV upload option with the team really has helped us do what needed to be accomplished in a much more efficient manner; and we appreciate how much you can modify/adjust for design without doing any coding, which is an option and would let you take your customizations even further if you wished.

Customer Service has been quick and responsive, uploads happen overnight for us which works out great and VERY rarely if there is an issue that has occurred during an upload, only takes them about a day to resolve.

Lucia, Christian, Andres and Rein are a few individuals that we have had the pleasure of working with and all have provided excellent customer service.

Glecy at Candy Rack is amazing! The application is very simple but i missed some settings and Glecy helped me solve it.

Fantastic, responsive support with help aligning the upsell pop-ups to our site style. Great results so far too.

After trying out Honeycomb for a couple months we switched over to this app because they provide hands down the best customer service. These guys go out of their way to make sure the app works perfect. They actually went in and updated the code to make sure the appearance mirrored our site. If you need support they offer phone, chat and email. AOV shot up as soon as we made the switch. Thanks again for all your support. You have a customer for life!

A simple and great app. The support team was awesome with helping with adding a custom button and were super quick to make changes. Would definitely recommend.

It’s really helpful, ai use it mainly to let customers add gift wrapping after purchasing.
Some issues must be fixed as when customer use upsale when they buy more than one item of the same SKU, they can remove one of items but price will stay the same(after discount)
