Candy Rack is a good app, limited customization at the moment but the support cannot be faulted. The support team has went out their way to help me configure the app on my shop. It's definitely worth trying Candy Rack, it has really increased my AOV for my shop and as it's automated it only gets better for less effort! Try Candy Rack now, you won't regret it!

Upselling is a big part of an online business, and Candy Rack has shown to be a good tool for doing that. I would really like to make note of the customer service. We have used the app for a while now, and customer service has always provided a solution for anything asked. Even with what may seem like pesky questions they fully explained and resolved any issue we may have had... quickly and happily. If you are looking for an upsell app definitely give this one a go.

[Update: The team got back to us shortly after we posted our review, to make sure what makes us leave and see if they can help. This deserves one more star (3 to 4). Good work guys.] The app works well, and it's probably the best integrated pop-up upsell we've tried so far. However, aside from the aesthetics, our upsell doesn't convert any more with this app than it did with the previous (free) app. We would stay with this app if the price was more acceptable. So far, this app has cost us more than the money it brings in. We would really like to see a smaller plan for smaller stores, or even better, "FREE until our upsells cover the cost of the app each month" so that you only pay when it makes you money. Unfortunately, we're going to stop using it and go back to our old free app, which isn't as pretty, but converts just as well.

This app is brilliant to use if you are stuck with products that do not sell well by their own. I was stuck with products for a long time, until I got the idea that it might be clever to offer a "surprise" to a low price in an upselling manner. But how do I do this in a practical way? For me the answer would be Candy Rack! To my delight, this worked well with Candy Rack, so now I am very happy that the products I have been stuck with for a long time are finaly selling. I will also give some extra credits to the awesome customer service.
Very helpfull indeed, and I am for sure going to continue using Candy Rack and optimize my store further as soon as I have sold out the stocks that is my first priority to sell out.

The setup of the different upsell options is very easy and yet sophisticated. Possibility to customize the pop-up design is a plus too. The support I received from Lucia by Digismoothie when facing a small issue was excellent, she provided very helpful insights. Truly recommend :)

I almost never write reviews but I had to for this app. I use both Candy Rack and Candy Cart upsell apps by Digismoothie and it has been the best decision I've made for my store. I've tried so many upsell apps and none compare to this one, the simplicity and usability of it makes it applicable to virtually all stores. Just try the app and watch your average order value increase overnight, a must have app! Incredible support team to top it off.
