I used this app to optimise our abandoned cart flow. Super easy to use. Comes with 3 email templates to send out at times you can determine. Plus allows you to tweak and customise to your own liking. Highly recommend this app.

What I enjoyed about the instant chat support was the fact that my question was perfectly understood and answered promptly. And also I really liked that I was put on the line with a real assistant from the beginning (usually at first a robot is responding).
