I love it. This app is free and actually get the job done. 5/5 for me. I would recommend to any new shopify stores.

I sincerely apologize for your inconveneice, however, it seems that you have been using Carecart for over 6 months now, so I am assuming that whatever issue you faced was resolved at early stages.
Therefore, can you please update you review about us as having a negative review for a product that has been working for you for FREE for over 6 months now, hurts a little!

This app is absolutely incredible, I’ve definitely seen my conversion go up after using this. They let me trial the premium features and they have a really cool option that forces customers to add an email address if add something to cart, which has increased the number of emails I’ve collected and follow-up emails sent, and hence my conversion. Really brilliant and must have product!
It's early days yet, I've only been using Care Cart for a week, but so far, I'm liking this app. It appears to be doing what it is supposed to be doing, and has recovered some carts for my shop. The app went glitchy for me yesterday, so I contacted support and the response was almost instant and cleared up the problem immediately - Farhan was very friendly and efficient and, so far, I would definitely recommend this app to others.
Pricing is inconsistent... app page says $8.99 but when you upgrade through the app it is $29. Defiantly does not give us much faith in the apps reliability.

I have looked at your account details and it seems that you have been using CareCart Free version for about 10 months now.
The issue you experienced was due to legacy package/pricing support feature in CareCart which resulted in showing old package pricing that included VERY high email sending limits, and this effected only few old users of our app. We have rectified it and you should be able to see our current packages from your account.

I just Installed. Now exploring the features. Lets see how it goes and then I will give the final review based on that
Had an issue with the physical address being displayed on emails. Contacted them through online chat support. Problem was fixed in 2 minutes. Excellent support. Additionally had a further request to do a bespoke change to my emails which was handled by them excellently and in less than 24 hours. Can't speak highly enough of them TBH!
