Customer service is good with the chat support makes it easy to get things working and ask questions.

I haven't sold with the app yet. But It's sending emails to potential costumers for the abandoned carts. We will see.

It works nice app. Recommend use it for recover your cart. Have a free version so you don't need to pay until you see that works.
