Cartly Abandoned Cart Recovery

I converted 3 emails out of 3000. Never had an email campaign perform so poorly. The design is disgusting on this app. No way to implement direct discount on 'return to cart'

This app is great! It works perfectly for our needs and allows us to convert those abandoned sales easily and quickly. I personally use it to help clients put together a wishlist and I ultimately upsell them based on their preferences. I tell them, add the products in the cart you like, and follow the process all the way through to checkout. Prior to adding your payment information, I tell them to "X" out of the page. This then triggers the abandoned cart, and I can now see what the client likes and make sales suggestions based on their cart.

This app has been a fantastic way to recover customers after leaving. We have a lot of success with it and I will say their customer support it top notch as well. They really go above and beyond to offer support, that’s very important these days.

Abandoned Cart worked well for us and helped us recover a lot in sales. Tech support was fast and friendly.

This app adds stale looking popups to your store without your permission. And I looked for a good 5 minutes to find a setting to remove it, there was none. Even if there was, it was very hard to find.

Never have I seen an app that adds random stuff to your store without your consent.

Their emails also don't seem to be working properly.

We recommend the Abandoned Cart Recovery app. It continually does as promised by reaching out to our customers that have left the site and bringing them back to purchase. It allows us to recapture sales that we would have otherwise lost. Some apps need tweaking over time and this one has required very little maintenance. Since set up, it has worked well without causing any other issues on our site.
