This app has a lot of potentials! It does an awesome job of capturing abandoned carts, even by anonymous buyers which unfortunately unable to be recovered since those buyers had not yet entered their email address. But Care Cart has now come up with Email Collector which is definitely a value-added feature. Unfortunately it is going to be a paid feature. That said, it is still a great app for its core function of abandoned cart recovery and best of all, free!
The app is very helpful and so is their user support. We recommend this app for its user-friendly interface, so simple and effective.

We recommend the Abandoned Cart Recovery app. It continually does as promised by reaching out to our customers that have left the site and bringing them back to purchase. It allows us to recapture sales that we would have otherwise lost. Some apps need tweaking over time and this one has required very little maintenance. Since set up, it has worked well without causing any other issues on our site.

Care Cart is really a useful tool to increase conversion rate. We had lot of visitors and we were top 6% of store which opened with us on shopify. But conversion ratio was very low.
Care Cart help to remind customers about their shopping cart and also followup.

Once you download it and then close out of the app and then try and go back into the app it shows a blank screen. It would be 4/5 stars, but since this is a huge problem you get 1
