I like this app, it help me recovery abandon order, so it will be popular with more and more people.

The app seemed useful but its very slow and some times goes down. if i force send an email from application, it does not go. i think the developers should fix these problems. else everything seemed good.

I installed this app and set the campaign for 10 days without checking the result. Once I checked it, it didn't work at all. No email sent out. I contact the staff. He replied my email with template, didn't answer my question but it seem like it's working, some email was sent out. I waited for few days to see the result. No one open the email at all because all of emails is junk mail while I used the real email account sending. So disappointed

Very great customer service. Was helped immediately with the issue I was having & walked through it. My small business is growing fast & I needed to find a reliable app for abandoned carts & this one is it!

i just downloaded this app and am excited to see how it works. I come back and give an actual review later.

great app would definitely recommend for any body starting of selling products and want to make that extra product from AC

*UPDATE* - I finally was contacted by support, and they took care of the issues. I still can't give it 5 stars yet, as I haven't been able to fully try out the software because of said issues.

**UPDATE 2 - FINAL** - I've been using Shopify for my abandoned carts, with a success rate of 15% plus. Since I've had this installed, I've had exactly ZERO recoveries. I've asked for assistance, and received no replies. As far as I can tell, this isn't a very productive app with little in the way of responsive support. Deleted, and going back to Shopify.

*ORIGINAL* - Cannot get answers to support questions. I've had it installed long enough to have had several emails to go out, but the only ones that have gone is to the (accidentally) imported old carts. None of the new abandons have been emailed. Ready to uninstall.

Great platform and easy to use. Its a huge help for conversions
