We've used the Carro app for a few months now and have had great success in onboarding brands through the platform. While there have been a few bumps in the road, the Carro team has been quick to respond and work through different troubleshooting processes with our team and our partners which has lead to a lot of learning and new ideas for how we can better grow our business and lessen the pains of e-commerce integrations. I would choose to work with their team everyday and encourage you to click that 'add app' button. It's been a great experience thus far and there's definitely more great things coming.

I used the app to help my brand become more recognized with retailers and so far it has been really good and the customer service is outstanding...TY :)

Directly acquiring supply (brands) for our marketplace became one of our most time-consuming processes. When we learned we could use Carro, we thought the opportunity was too good to be true. We were wrong. Within days, we were able to partner with a number of quality brands that our users love. Their support is top-tier, their UX easy to use, and their suppliers are responsive.

I highly recommend CARRO and the reasons why are many. The customer service is impeccable, professional, and friendly. As a starting point, this has given me confidence to implement their many features that enhance my shop Sentient Beauty Vegan Cosmetics. My questions have been addressed with patience and through every medium available to include a personal call to clarify some questions that I had.
