There are a few things that can be tricky to set up...BUT FEAR NOT!! This support staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have the settings just right. Sometimes it takes a couple Validations to get things set up.
The only way you are getting frustrated is if you don't use the in app chat to get connected to those who can help you most.
Can't figure it out...they will help!

Update - All good. The reason I couldn't get through is timing. While it was Friday in my time zone it was the weekend there.
Support has contacted me and we are working toward a solution
Reviews indicate excellent support but I can't get past the screen that only shows How To videos.

Fabio has been so helpful in getting us set up to use cartblock. Our situation was a bit complicated, and he sorted it all out for us! This app does exactly what it says..it provides a clean way to block customers from checking out based on rules you set up.
