Just started using the app, so far very easy to set up and the support team was helpful and responsive!

We had updated our template and the notifying button was not displayed properly, so just a quick chat with the Krtbite team and it was fixed within a couple of minutes.

So far the app has been a great addition to our shop and we highly recommend it. Next to the additional features that they provide, they also have one of the lowest subscription fee compared to populair competitors.

My theme didn't directly install, so I reached out to customer service and they installed it for me. Thanks guys!
