Customer service is very effective, even on the free plan. I haven't tested the full functionality yet, but the back in stock button can be customized and looks pretty good.

Super easy to install and Sam was helpful! He got us up and running within emails and he was super accommodating - in particular, we wanted to add a special feature where the notification widget appears even when only a size is sold out (not the entire product) and he added that no problem.
