After getting completely fed up with the lack of support from other major apps, finding Back in Stock / Kbite has been a breath of fresh air.
As a brand designer, I really appreciate simple and to the point UX, but the customer service here is what truly shines.
Sam (the founder/developer) reached out instantly during the setup to help me configure the widget.
It is incredibly refreshing to have a real human, let alone the creator himself helping you out on the other end.
So far the experience have been very good and will be using it for future projects.

Easiest install ever. Sam was live on the chat when I installed the app asking if we needed any help. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for notifying customers of items that go back in stock or notifying customers on price drops.

Other similar apps I tried did not work correctly immediately after install like this one did.

The app is simple and does exactly what it needs to without unnecessary complexity. It works well for my online store. The support team was excellent. They replied within a few hours and helped me relocate the "Notify Me" button under the "Add to Cart (Sold Out)" button without any issues. Highly recommended!

Great experience so far. The set up was very minimal. I wasn’t seeing the button at first and reached out for support which Sam very quickly provided and resolved the issue. I’m looking forward to improving my customer’s experience with this app.

Easy to install. One small issue with the size of our logo on the email the customers receive - the online support from Sam made sure this was sorted this out very quickly. Early days still but our customers have already started using the app and I can see it has the potential to save us huge amounts of time and effort as our stock, garden plants is often unavailable for long periods of time.
