It was working very well and I loved the insights it provided. I sought to get some support and tried reaching out and have not heard back. The app stopped working and just says cartlytics.poinz.xyz sent an invalid response.

Oliver has been wonderful! He reached out when he noticed I'd cancelled my subscription (due to my previous trial not showing the specific data I was looking for) to let me know they'd improved on this since.

Very grateful for him looking out for us and can't wait to see the new features!

Having all this information is super helpful! Super clever app, Highly recommend if you are trying to understand what products are getting more attention but still not converting, so you can take action improving the ux.

Great little app. Lets me know exactly what people are adding to their carts, even if they don’t checkout. Also a lot of other useful analytics.

So far I like it. The only thing I don't really like is that it adds in person sales as orders. I wanted to see what was added to the online carts but we also have a brick and mortar store front. I was hoping the "order" count would just be for online sales. Especially since it only has the "add to cart" as online carts and not the POS app. It also doesn't seem to be completely accurate when people take things out of carts (I created my own cart and it only showed I took one item out instead of all 3 that I did.) But as far as adding to cart, it seems to be accurate.

The cart tracking issue occurred because your cart was created before installing our app, so it couldn't track the original items. This won't affect any future carts, all new carts will track removals accurately.
Regarding the order count we have already made changes to only include online orders, excluding POS orders.
