I’ve been searching for a AI chatbot app like this for a while. Tried a bunch, but none of them came close to this one. The setup is super simple, with tons of useful features, and the chatbot is awesome.
The app works great! It smoothly helps our customers browse the website, keeps track of what they're doing, and even knows when they’re about to leave. Right at that moment, the chatbot jumps in, offering a discount code or a way to contact support. This has been super effective in keeping customers from leaving without buying something.
We’ve been super happy with the support from the CartUp team—they're always ready to jump in and help. The onboarding was a breeze too. Plus, the app has cut down customer service questions big time, saving us time and money!
