very poor service. no customer support. even they deduct plan charges, everytime showing to upgrade business plan,even though no catalog till made
Cant find support, i install the trial and they charged me on the first hour the full price of the higest plan. Even the archived products appear in the catalog, there are few or none personalization options.
One time isnt enough, they charged me the full price of the higest plan on the first hour of the trial.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid CatalogueAce like the plague. It's a waste of time, money, and sanity. Shopify has plenty of other apps that actually deliver on their promises—don't make the same mistake I did.
While our app is not perfect, our team looked into the usage of this specific store on our app and found that there were no errors and that no catalog creation attempts were made (we log events temporarily for cases like this now).
This is a malicious review left by a competing Shopify App Developer owner of "Easy Catalog: wholesale/retail" in an attempt to lower our score and ranking. The store has no usage of our real usage application and we've reported the review to the Shopify Partner team.
