There were multiple issues setting up this app, however most of them were due to setup errors on our end.. There were some bugs showing higher rates, but after pointing it out to the Eniture team, it was quickly fixed. We were even able to suggest a way to make the app a bit better, and it was implemented a few short days later.
We highly recommending using one of Eniture's shipping apps.
This is the most affordable & robust shipping app you can get on Shopify.
The setup is very clear if you follow the guide, and we were able to get things up in running in less than a day for postal and had much more accurate rates on our small packages.
The support team at Eniture is FANTASTIC. We had issues with UPS rates displaying and they were able to very quickly fix the problem. We also requested another shipper to be available, and they have added it to their roadmap for next month. Plus you can actually reach their team by phone, which is amazing.
