Excellent communication with support! Im totally new to shopify and was having a hard time trying to figure out set up, importing my etsy products, and updating products, wouldnt have been able to do it without Deepti!

Customer support is on point and really helpful, trying still to figure out for us the best solution but they are very patient and help wherever they can

Wow, is all I can say. Hoped on a chat with Srajan and asked for assitance in uploading the rest of my product from ebay to Shopify and it was as if they had a magic wand and presto, within seconds, it was done without my lifting a finger. Amazing support. Saved me hours upon hours of work. BRAVO!
