客服很敬业，并且总是在线回答问题；因为有很多隐藏的功能我没认真阅读，并且也不明显，从AMAZON上传产品后都是显示0 stocks, 不知道在哪里删除掉一些自己不想上传的产品；有些功能可能需要找客服帮忙解决，失望他们能完善更多功能；

I used this App to transfer my Amazon listing to my shopify store. The app is user friendly and works very well just need to learn how to use it. The chat for customer service gave me immediate support and Jason guided me with patience and explained everything. He was very helpfull and even helped me thru screen sharing which was very helpful. Five stars!

Great tool and offers even better customer service. Sometimes, it takes work to find someone online due to the time difference. But once you do, they are always willing to help and knowledgeable enough to fix things.
