Very valuable support I got from Vikram, he was able to help me out with all my issues, I am support happy with the apps, makes Tiktok shop so easy to navigate and manage orders.
Must have apps for Tiktok shop sellers.

5 star app. Tried Silk connector and the free tiktok/shopify connector, both of which weren't up to the job. This app though works a dream. Its a little fiddly to start with but the amazing 24-hour customer service from Aditi
via whatsapp was so helpful and simplified everything for me. Recommended.

We then began using CedCommerce as another option. I was struggling to understand how to upload products from TikTok Shop. I was able to receive a call with the team and was shown the process of completing this. I found this very informative and useful. The process of booking the call was very quick and simple.
