CedCommerce TikTok Shop

The Onboarding process and support I got from the agent was amazing. I was able to sucessfully upload products and have better understanding of how the Cedcommerce tiktok app works.

I've been using CedCommerce Amazon for two years and recently started using CedCommerce TikTok Shop. The support has been great and I am thankful for this app.

I love the website, it is so easy to use. Also the support team are available 24/7 and let me tell you that they are very supportive and experienced. You do not even have to wait for a couple of minutes because as soon as you press the support button, they are there, in seconds. I love the website, I LOVE the way it is organized and I love the fact that if you need help, you will be given help right away.

Aditi from CedCommerce has gone above and beyond for our business, she is extremely helpful - even when the questions might not be related to CedCommerce. 5* customer service. The platform is also great, syncs products but most importantly automates the tracking numbers from shopify to the seller centre in TTS. Happy with Ced commerce had a few small issues but always resolved instantly. Added extra development work for us.

Just waiting for them to roll out, So we can have two separate tik tok accounts syncing.

Integration is great, along with the pricing.
