Channel-io is amazing. I'm still learning more about this app but the marketer, Rebecca, helps and gives us a lot of tips. I really appreciate it! This app keeps trying to listen to customers' voices and reflect their needs to this app which is really great! I really like this app it really helps me engage with my customers. The only thing that I would recommend for this ad is for us to be able to contact the customer without the customer having to contact us just in case they are getting stuck during check out. We ask them if they need any help for an example. When they are shopping, they use the chat bubble to ask questions what if we would like to ask our online viewers if they need any help.

Great CRM tool. Segmenting customers is very conveninet. Also, marketing recipes are very helpful with successful examples. Expecting more features integrating with Shopify.
