Chargeflow Dispute Chargebacks

I used this to manage all my chargebacks across all providers and keep everything in one location. Very easy to use.

My first experience with a dispute chargeback service. Mr. Boaz Edelman was very patient and thorough in going through how the interface works and their team would be able to help my business in the unfortunate event of a chargeback. Appreciate the efforts they put in to help small businesses (and larger ones!) alike!

Chargeflow is an amazing app. It takes all stress away from dealing manually with the chargebacks. Gathering the correct information to dispute the case takes a lot of time and they do everything for you, that's a fantastic service.

Maria was absolutely wonderful to chat with. It was a REAL person behind the customer service and she was able to help me confirm multiple things. We have yet to see if the program will help with chargebacks as we just submitted one... however, the evidence is in our favor, thus far, and we are expecting a positive result.
It's truly MIND boggling what people will do to get money back for a product they received. We are dealing with a customer who stated they did not receive their package TWICE... living in a gated community. GEO scans show that their package was delivered TWICE... meaning, they not only got the product TWICE, but they made a claim with the Carrier AND did a chargeback! So dubious and should be punishable by law as fraudulent! UGH

Amazing customer support, very responsive, reliable, and communicative.

So far, the communication between their team and our team has been phenomenal. The setup was very quick and minimal steps to get up and running. I was pleasantly surprised to see the useful and user friendly interface that was atomically set up when I installed the app. Right away it located a current charge back request and began working on it. Today I had an onboarding session with Boraz which was very helpful. So far this looks like just the partner I need as I work to expand my sales.

I had a chance to speak with Boaz from customer service on Google Meet. He explained in detail how the company could help me deal with chargebacks moving forward; I will look into providing the coverage for Humm payments provider for Ireland. I hope ChargeFlow can help me to provide a hedge for my business in the future.
