Very helpful customer service and always ready to solve any kind of problem.
As for the resolution I cannot give an assessment as my paperwork is still waiting for the outcome, however, the response to the paperwork is very fast!

I have spoken to Chargeflow Chat Support Agent, Cassandra. She did a good job explaining to me all my queries and allaying my fear and concerns about accessing to personal datas in my store. This Chargeflow is introduced by a Youtuber, which I have trust in his recommendation. At least, after today's conversation with Cassandra, I have a better understanding of how their system works.
