Just installed the app and although I don't have results on the chargeback just yet, I can say: 1.) The product is well built and designed. 2.) My customer service agent, Boaz, is amazing. Great communications, understood the problem, was able to answer my questions very well. I'm looking forward to seeing how well they fight my case!

Any type of chargebacks can be automatically handled with the best professional tools exist, in order for you, as a retailer, to spend your time & money on growing your business instead of fighting disputes.
This is our first time to use this APP. The online chat services are very fast and professional.
I don't understand why all these 5* reviews. Please write honest reviews and stop misleading other merchants. This app is doing exactly what you could by yourself and nothing miracle. You can just respond to the chargeback by yourself and that's what this ap is doing. About winning is the most important thing, so you have same chance either doing on your own or use this app. I don't see this app is better than what you can do by responding by yourself. It is useless and misleading and please help yourself by adding any evidence you have to fight your chargebacks. They are very hard to win as the banks are always on customer's side. good luck
