You need this question about it. Even if you don't experience Chargebacks often, this will save you tons of time and money on an automated basis.

For our brand, we use both Stripe and Shopify payments. Chargeflow has won us back 5-figures in disputes (automatically) and also helps me keep track of the type of disputes coming in.

This app allows us to not only automate chargebacks but know exactly what type of chargebacks are happening so we can proactively improve the overall business.

My niche has high chargeback rate so installing this app has literally saved my business. Boaz has been extremely helpful in sorting everything out for us. This is the app to use if you need to stop your chargebacks from shutting down your store.

Best hands-off solution for fighting chargebacks. Chargeflow will handle all chargebacks/claims for me, without my help or the help of an employee. So far, their responses to my chargebacks has been amazing which resulted in a lot of chargebacks won.

My chargeback win rate has increased drastically. I didn't realize what was involved in a proper submission to fight these disputes. They submit documents 15 to 20 pages long. Would recommend. No cost to user as its paid from disputes won.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Insanely quick yet concise responses from the CS team, especially Mariane. The UI is extremely easy to navigate and is super clean and organized. Implemented the app and they immediately got to work on submitting chargebacks! Great thing they have going here. Can't wait to try the new feature, Chargeback Alert. Highly recommend Chargeflow!

Absolutely not helpful. They do the same thing we can do in shopify. Add all the evidence and they do nothing to help you win a chargeback just a waste of time.

I have reviewed your account, putting extra emphasis on the $2550 chargeback we've lost on your behalf.

As you know, our pricing is success-based only, putting us on the same boat with you and "forcing" us to have all the incentive to win as many chargebacks as possible, especially the high-value ones.
