Very helpful, I had a conversation with Mariane and to be honest she was very kind and professional in her replies, if you have chargbacks or hight risk orders and you need a professional team to look after your orders to make sure it's safe then you should definitely give them a try!!

First of all, the customer support is fantastic. So glad that their customer service is still a real human, it's so rare these days. Their employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and go the extra mile to assist you. So professional!
Second, the app is intuitive. So it was easy to use and so easy to set up.
Third, this company has lifted a huge weight off our shoulders by handling inquiries, claims, and disputes. The number of times Charge flow saved us from customers using chargeback as a way to get free stuff.
Highly recommended app for anyone who deals with online payments on this platform.

Awesome customer service, they help you gather the necessary information for the best chance possible to win your case, they have been able to answer any questions around chargebacks i've had...they've also gave me tips on handling the chargeback directly with the customer and tips on how to stay in front of chargebacks....10 out of 10 recommend

Researched and interviewed many different chargeback services, and found that many of them are lacking the core features that Chargeflow has integrated into their app. They automate the data pulling, build out and submit each chargeback, and even have dedicated support agents managing all this for you, I really couldn't believe it until using them for over 4 months now. The amazing part is, they only charge you based on winning the chargeback, so they are aligned to do the best job possible. The team is friendly and amazing to work with also! Highly recommend.
