I was pleasantly surprised to see the useful and user friendly interface that was atomically set up when I installed the app. Right away it located a current charge back request and began working on it. Today I had an onboarding session with Boraz which was very helpful. So far this looks like just the partner I need as I work to expand my sales.

Great team to work with and the idea of helping to win the case with percentage from the case is great agreement to have this app installed on all your shopify stores without no monthly fees!

About time someone made an app for this.
Chargeflow is great and is a basic app any store should have, unless you want to spend hours responding to chargebacks manually... Had a couple of minor technical issues, but they were quick to solve, overall great experience, good job.

I wasn't sure what to expect when signing up for these guys. We a lot of our cases but we wanted to let someone else handle it for a change and increase our win rates. I have to say I am not disappointed and they are extremely thorough. I was literally blown away by the depth of info they had on an order in dispute. None of the cases we handled ourselves had as much info so I would imagine their win rate is considerably higher. After signing up Mr Edelman contacted me for a 30 minute chat. He really sealed the deal for me. Highly recommend these guys to take the stress away from disputes for PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments etc.

Great App, best thing if you wanna recovery your money from chargebacks and paypal disputes. This guys know what they are doing.

This is one very professional company. I still don't have any issue resolved from their side because I decided to install it after one huge chargeback but even after the initial meeting I am pretty sure they are the ones who will help me in the future. Looking forward to it. (Not really, who likes chargebacks :)
