Very helpful with explaining the process step by step!. Happy with the call with Juda, he took his time to show me the steps and process for and against charge backs.

It's been great so far. They are continually making good improvements to the entire dashboard and overall UX and it's amazing to hand this part of owning a business off to someone who does it well. Customer support has been timely and helpful.

I'm currently dealing with chargeback problems, and Chargeflow has been a huge help. The onboarding with Juda was really reassuring, and the team is actively supporting me through this process. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable assistance!

Chargeflow has been so helpful in handling our chargebacks, and has taken such a lift off the team! The platform is easy to navigate, very intuitive, and I especially love that you're able to see who your account rep is within the account icon, as well as schedule a meeting!

Have no experience on the app it self yet. But the onboarding went smoothly and I do have high expectations from it.
