Chargeflow has been extremely helpful navigating fraudulent chargebacks for our small shop. If you are looking for a fair price and a company that will have your back every step of the way to resolving chargeback issues look no further than Chargeflow.

Mariane from Chargeflow was super attentive, super responsive and did her best to try and reverse a chargeback for me.

Through no fault of her own, nor the app's, I appear set to lose a chargeback case for around $575....as it appears as though without my knowledge, the card was fraudulently used.

So the big banks, still make their money with their $25 Chargeback fee on top of my basically stolen goods.....you would think the banks would have insurance to protect the retailer, who is supplying the goods with a card authorised by the banks in good faith, but not in this world.
