This might be a scam. It’s hard to say because lack of transparency. They do not give a clear breakdown of fees. I emailed them recently asking for of which orders accounted for a recent charge of $1515.96. After a week no reply. A sent another reminding them. Still no reply. That’s why the word scam is coming to mind.
This company just double charges me twice the same chargeback 2805,36$ !! Crazy, I have to escalade to shopify billing team to get a refund. I suggest to avoid this company.
because of this app klarna blocked me and paypal is blocked asswell this is no good app maybe if you use it for a short time but for a long time they will make huge mistakes that cost you your payment profiders its not word it BE CAREFULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not a fan. Ive lost more chargebacks than I've won. What they do is the same thing Shopify does. You are better off just getting a flow app and blocking high risk orders instead of getting chargebacks. don't waste your time

Absolutely not helpful. They do the same thing we can do in shopify. Add all the evidence and they do nothing to help you win a chargeback just a waste of time.

I don't understand why all these 5* reviews. Please write honest reviews and stop misleading other merchants. This app is doing exactly what you could by yourself and nothing miracle. You can just respond to the chargeback by yourself and that's what this ap is doing. About winning is the most important thing, so you have same chance either doing on your own or use this app. I don't see this app is better than what you can do by responding by yourself. It is useless and misleading and please help yourself by adding any evidence you have to fight your chargebacks. They are very hard to win as the banks are always on customer's side. good luck
