Lost a fairly straightforward chargeback with this company - a chargeback that should have easily been won! It was an order not received with all proof of receipt attached to the order. Certainly not worth money. I uninstalled and canceled the app as soon as I found out the news that the chargeback was lost.
I had already left a one-star review, but I deleted it because they refunded me and promised things would be resolved. Unfortunately, I’m back because nothing has changed.
Chargeflow offered “no charge until December 31, 2024”, but they kept charging me even after I deleted the app in January.
Now it’s April and I’m still getting charged €90–€100 every month, with no clear explanation. In 2025, I only won one chargeback, so I have no idea where these fees are coming from.
Stay far away from this app – it’s misleading, overpriced, and dishonest.
I will do everything I can to report them to Shopify and make sure no other merchants fall into the same trap.
Absolutely terrible experience. I installed Chargeflow hoping for help with chargebacks, but quickly realized they add no evidence to disputes. I submitted my own info, and their app left cases completely blank, yet they still claimed they were “handling” the disputes.
When I tried to uninstall and cancel, I followed their instructions exactly. Despite this, they charged my credit card $17.03 AFTER I requested termination, claiming an 8% fee for a dispute that was still “under review”—which they did zero work on.
On top of that, no refund was issued for the $100 I paid when I first joined for alerts option. I was penalized for wanting to leave the service after only a short time of use, and they never disclosed these hidden fees upfront.
Their email responses were dismissive, and even after I made it clear I didn’t need their help and would handle my own disputes, they charged me anyway.
If you’re a Shopify store owner. It’s a scammy billing model designed to trap you and charge you even after cancellation. I’ve reported them to Shopify and will be disputing the charges with my bank.
I unistalled the app after a few minutes and they still charge me.
We have had the app installed for a few months now and have not seen a difference aside from having the task "automated". Win Rate over a 6 month period is still at 0%. We do have a business model that Chargeflow may not be familiar with along with multiple factors outside of immediate control.
We do appreciate having 1 less task but was hoping for better results. What we would love to see is Chargeflow go back through all the lost/disputed orders that were actually fulfilled and try to get some quick wins (if at all possible) from those.
Lost over €1,000 in just one week because of Chargeflow's inability to respond to disputes on time! This level of negligence is outrageous and completely unacceptable. The fact that I have to deal with these disputes myself shows how unprofessional this service truly is.
I demand immediate contact with someone who can take responsibility and provide the support I need. Your lack of communication and failure to act in a timely manner is costing me money and causing immense frustration. This cannot continue.
An absolute rip-off!
I installed the app in trial mode and when I saw that it did not meet my expectations I requested cancellation, and after a few days they charge me 580 dollars FOR NOTIFYING ME OF COUNTERCHARGES, not for avoiding them, stopping them or resolving them BY NOTIFYING ME, which shopify already does for free.
I have screenshots in chat where I request the closure of the service and the account and days later they charge me that amount and refuse to refund.
horrible hidden fees. Edit: Now after I have ended it with them they harass me daily. When I say please leave me alone they say not until this review is taken off. They have put my phone number and business on scam calls. Horrible
This company just double charges me twice the same chargeback 2805,36$ !! Crazy, I have to escalade to shopify billing team to get a refund. I suggest to avoid this company.
Not a fan. Ive lost more chargebacks than I've won. What they do is the same thing Shopify does. You are better off just getting a flow app and blocking high risk orders instead of getting chargebacks. don't waste your time

Absolutely not helpful. They do the same thing we can do in shopify. Add all the evidence and they do nothing to help you win a chargeback just a waste of time.
