Great app and support.
Chargeflow is going above and beyond to provide exemplary service regarding my first chargeback with them with a particularly difficult situation. I am extremely impressed how fast their responses is and it is clear they do anything to go to bat for their customers.
Received a large chargeback, reached out via chat and Maria was able to come back promptly and escalate its review. Customer service very responsive.
This company just double charges me twice the same chargeback 2805,36$ !! Crazy, I have to escalade to shopify billing team to get a refund. I suggest to avoid this company.
The support team are great, fast replies and very helpful. Looking forward to working with this app so I don't need to spend any time resolving chargebacks
