Chargeflow Dispute Chargebacks

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Marianne from Chargflow and I must say, her customer service was exceptional. Marianne was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Her quick response time was impressive and greatly appreciated. I just started using Charge Flow, and I'm already seeing results. It is a good and reliable app that has helped me manage my Chargebacks effectively and efficiently. Great team to work with and the idea of helping to win the case with percentage from the case is great agreement to have this app installed on all your shopify stores without no monthly fees!

I wasn't sure what to expect when signing up for these guys. We a lot of our cases but we wanted to let someone else handle it for a change and increase our win rates. I have to say I am not disappointed and they are extremely thorough. I was literally blown away by the depth of info they had on an order in dispute. None of the cases we handled ourselves had as much info so I would imagine their win rate is considerably higher. After signing up Mr Edelman contacted me for a 30 minute chat. He really sealed the deal for me. Highly recommend these guys to take the stress away from disputes for PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments etc.

This is one very professional company. I still don't have any issue resolved from their side because I decided to install it after one huge chargeback but even after the initial meeting I am pretty sure they are the ones who will help me in the future. Looking forward to it. (Not really, who likes chargebacks :)

There app looks really great ! I don't have a lot of chargeback for now, but I think they will certainly help me a lot ! Plus the support team is extraordinary ! You install the app (that is free) and the next day you already have an onboarding call with the person that will help you if you have any issues :)
