Overall very cost effective solution compared to others on the markets. Includes pretty much everything from live chat, tickets, knowledge base and Messenger integration.
We have multiple online stores and the application allows us to group all incoming messages in one inbox. Simple and easy ui and packed with features.
Set it up in a couple of minutes, and started receiving customer messages from both my website and Messenger on Charla mobile app. Great stuff
