I’ve been running a small Shopify store selling unique vintage products, and customer inquiries were overwhelming me. I was using Shopify Messenger to respond, but I couldn’t keep up with the 24/7 questions, and I know I lost potential sales because of it.

One suggestion for the team: I’d love to see a mobile-responsive version of the app on the Shopify app store. Being able to monitor customer interactions and manage the chatbot on the go would be a huge plus.
