My store has 1,000 products, but the free package only supports learning for 500 products. I contacted the development team, and they quickly helped me increase it to 1,000. the chatbot learns very fast and can immediately make recommendations based on the products. Not bad.

Have been using it for two weeks and it's working so well. Highly recommended.
