For me, the most useful thing is that I don't have to stay in front of the computer waiting for customer inquiries. Since I started installing and testing in October last year, I have completely let AI handle my customer service. This app is so far the best AI chat app I ever tried on Shopify. I think it resolved 70% of our customer inquiries. The manual input knowledge base helps to improve the other 30% for future inquiries. Highly recommended if you are running a small shop like me to save lots of time dealing with customers for similar Q&A.

Customer service has been quick and resolved any issues that I have had. I havent had it long enough to see any pay off but right now I am running the free version and the features are amazing. Since installing Heichat, my customer service work has changed. I now only spend 5 minutes a day monitoring the chatbot's conversations with customers, and each chat is meticulously tagged, allowing me to focus only on the parts that matter to me. Recently, their AI can also automatically analyze tickets, which is great.
