I've tried all the AI chatbots for Shopify, and HEIChat is by far the best! SO easy to set up. I love that I can choose Claude as my AI model as it works best for my brand. This is the second business I have that is using this on the website, and it works beautifully! And, great support. I have nothing bad to say about it at all.

I initially had a frustrating experience with the app, mainly because I couldn’t find a way to contact support. However, since then, they’ve added a support feature, and the team has been incredibly helpful in resolving the issue I faced.
I have to say, they’re truly customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile to ensure users feel supported and satisfied with the app experience.

For me, the most useful thing is that I don't have to stay in front of the computer waiting for customer inquiries. Since I started installing and testing in October last year, I have completely let AI handle my customer service. Besides English, I have clients who speak Arabic and French, and HeiChat can handle them very well. 5-star recommendation.
This is one of the best real AI chatbots I have found. Multiple AI model options and a very simple approach to training the models on your products, your store, and even the ability to easily add other documents to build out the knowledge base. Want to also offer live help or even just escalations? They have that too. Their service is also top notch. Quick to respond and they can really help you work through any issues.
