I´m really happy with HeiChat. The ai interaction with my costumers is excellent, is very easy to add acurate responses to the knowledge base. The support is top notch, they helped me with the translation of the cart options and messages in spanish in very little time.

Zendesk wants $80k to do the same thing this app does at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention when compared to other AI services like Hubspot and rep.Ai we see more cohesive responses with heichat not to mention it does a great job of using all parts of the site for it's knowledge base. As of now this app is what we need and we are happy with the preliminary results.

This app is so far the best AI chat app I ever tried on Shopify. I think it resolved 70% of our customer inquiries. The manual input knowledge base helps to improve the other 30% for future inquiries. Highly recommended if you are running a small shop like me to save lots of time dealing with customers for similar Q&A.

Heichat ha sido un cambio total para nosotros. Desde el primer día nos acompañaron con un trato súper cercano, entendiendo lo que realmente necesitábamos. Customer service has been quick and resolved any issues that I have had. I havent had it long enough to see any pay off but right now I am running the free version and the features are amazing. Compares to apps that cost $50 a month! Would recommend to anyone who wants a ChatGPT4 bot on the site. Once you feed it the right info to inform it of your products it does an amazing job answering questions with logic even though you never specify the answer to that specific question. Love it!
