I am very pleased with the functionality and the way HeiChat responds to my customers. The app learns fast and gives insightful details on my products, in many languages.
The correct function lets me adjust some of the response for additional clarity and the "switch to human" function in the chat app is also a cool feature. Well done!

For me, the most useful thing is that I don't have to stay in front of the computer waiting for customer inquiries.
