I´m really happy with HeiChat. The ai interaction with my costumers is excellent, is very easy to add acurate responses to the knowledge base. The support is top notch, they helped me with the translation of the cart options and messages in spanish in very little time.
A great app with plenty of customisation available and the customer support is top notch. Particularly like the fact that it lets you know when Heichat has generated a sale! We are using it on two websites, very smooth implementation and configuration. Highly recommend!!
