Using this app for a few years. So far so good - haven't had a single issue. Nice App, good customer service & recommended.
Been using this app for over a year and it does what it says on the tin. It has certainly helped sales.

I have used this ap for a while now and find it is brilliant. The only slight frustrating thing is that some client do not always leave their email address so its means they send an enquiry but I cannot respond to them. That is the clients fault not chatra, however I wonder if there is a way the ap would have first option to add their email address, then write a message?
Thanks for the feedback! The contact form can only appear after a visitor sends you a message, there's no way to show it before that, unfortunately. However, please note that you can still reply to a client even if they did not leave their email address. They will see your reply when they come back to your website.

This chat app is excellent. Have tried a few others and they were either messy with no way to hide unavailable features, or pricey for a plan with not enough features. Chatra is really good.
The app is working perfect, would really recommand it! Have been using it for quit some time and never experienced any inconvience / difficulties!
It's great experience. It makes the live chat so easy, and the support team is always helpful and respond quickly. I highly recommend this app as your live chat app.
