Chatra — Live Chat & Chatbot

I added this app to actively speak with customers. It works wonderfully, I’ve been able to effectively communicate with my customers and create relationships with them. This app has helped us so much in closing deals and would highly recommend.

Everything great with this app. The best one I've found for my shopify store. I found in it an app for easy talks with costumers and that notifies me (pop up and sound) when someone texts and without using whatsapp.

Very convenient tool- you can see what customers have in their cart to be most effective. It integrates with FB chat, and also allows you to communicate with customers in email form via the chat itself.
