This App is GREAT! It really Exceeded our expectations. We tested it for 1 month now in 1 of our websites and will now be using it for the rest of our sites. This app is a great chatbot app. It is very useful because you can see what the customer is typing before the message is sent. This enables you to give a super fast customer service!

Very easy to install and use this app

Absolutely LOVE this app. It is super easy to install and customize. Within a few minutes of installation I was chatting with customers. My favorite thing about this app is I have been able to convert visitors with questions/concerns to happy customers. It has also provided me with really good insight on common concerns visitors may have. This has allowed me to quickly implement changes, updates, or adding valuable info to the site to reduce confusion and questions.
