Love this app! Since using Live Chat, traffic has gone up. I am able to have more engagement with customers. If I get someone on live chat, 99% of the time I get a sale from that engagement. We have been using Chatra now for over a year and have been extremely happy with it. Their customer service (what little we have used it) has been great and very helpful. The product itself has many options and is easy to use. I can think of no reason to use any other chat app. We're vary happy with Chatra.
