This app is better than some other apps i've tried. I love that you can see what pages your visitors are on, how long they have been in your store, last time they visted your store, what their adding to cart. Its so accurate the actual time the visitor hits your webite. I can log on to my site and I here my notification on my phone that a vistore is on the site. This is so much better than the shopify live view and google analytics. i found they are not accurate, this app gives you a lot of tools for free too. Try it you wont delete it. Shopliveit.com ;)

Great app. It works really well. The one thing I really hate about it I can't remove their branding even on a paid app. Really bad implementation.

Just downloaded and REALLY HAPPY with it - can't believe I am getting this for free. Honestly, I would pay for it!!! I think the most important to feature to know about the app is it can show you how must customers are on your site in real time, and which pages your customers are on too!!! This helps tremendously with the chat. It also allows customers to leave a message if you're offline. My only suggestion is the app assigns customers really weird names like "Exotic Peru" or Blue Kid or other weird names - altho I've got an email with instructions on to switch this. I simply wish my customers were referred to as User 1, User 2, etc. - rather than assigned really weird names that makes it feel like spam or illegitimate users :(
