Love the ability to communicate with our webpage browsers (not browsers in the tech sense, but potential customers 'browsing' thru our site). I have a beauty/skincare store (www.beautyrefineryshop.com). Chatra is easy to use and I like being able to see who is coming to the store. It brings a more personal touch to acknowledge people when they "enter" the store. I like the ablility to do online and offline with messages that you can customize when you are offline.

I got this chat room step up right before a week long Black Friday sale on my site. It has done wonders for my sale and launch. I tried out several others before settling on Chatra (Zendesk, Livechat...) and Chatra is the best for my small storel. I love the non-corporate design and thoughtful features...especially the one where you can see what customers are typing before they hit send. Love it so far.
