Beautiful design and easy to install, but I never got notifications in real time. Customer service did reach out about this issue and offered several troubleshooting steps, unfortunately to no avail. Tested on a Samsung Galaxy S9+.

I feel bad giving it less than 3 stars, but it doesn't really deserve it. The interface is beautiful and very easy to find what you need. However, you get what you pay for. I was very excited about finding a feature rich chat app at this price, but that's where the pros stop. Customization is very very limited... don't be fooled by the screenshots and website.
