Used successfully for almost 3 years. All of a sudden stopped working and their customer support is worthless. Save you "AND YOUR CUSTOMERS" the hassle and look for something else!!!!
We are sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with Chatra! We currently do not see any issues in your account. Both the chat widget and the email integration are working, and messages arrive in your Chatra account. When you talked to our support team, you had an issue with the email forwarding. We asked you to share a screenshot of the forwarding settings in your email client, but unfortunately, we never received a reply. We see that emails are now being successfully forwarded to your Chatra account, so most probably you already updated the settings or reconnected your mailbox. If you still have issues with anything else, please let us know.

Original review (2015): Still trying to drive more traffic to this new store to really put this thing through the paces, but no complaints yet!
Pretty easy to use and enough free features it's worth grabbing as a new store.
I particularly like the ability to add a photo in and make the chat seem personal.
Update April 2020: still on it. Still fantastic.
What a difference Chatra has made to our site. In the 10 days we have been using the app, we have captured three sales either directly or indirectly related to our ability to take questions directly from customers, in real time.
The interface is easy enough to use, even us Luddites figured it out in seconds. Installation and activation was instant, and we were configured and up and running in minutes. I can't stress enough how simple the process was - so happy about that!
As we looked deeper into the app, we found other customization options that we are now using, including auto-away and some other useful options.
Simply an amazing tool to augment our relationship-building and customer relations initiatives. Bravo!

Great features and responsive staff.
Very impressed by how effective this app is! Lots of my customers are using it to get in touch with a 'quick question' that may not have otherwise been emailed. It creates a more personal exchange, and I feel not only are more browsers becoming buyers, but they are happier with the service and will become repeat customers.
Very happy that I installed this app and I do not hesitate to recommend it or the team behind it. Excellent customer service and help if you need it.
Does not work and doesn't notify me when someone is trying to chat, I have the paid version and it does not come along with any sort of support besides for them telling me I need to turn my volume up on my phone... I know how to use my device that is obviously not the issue. The support team is unwilling to assist, I guess they have not solution for their crappy system.
A very simple yet aesthetically pleasing tool. Our sales reps have enjoyed it's ease of use and features. There customer service has also been excellent. Thank you for a solid chat app!
We LOVE chatra! It is easy to use and never fails. Really helps us answer those questions that customer need ASAP.
