This app is great, a nice way to interact with our customers and resolve any questions they might have. The support is also amazing, Anna who helped me out, did a great job and very quick and prompt.

we used this app for couple of years- but last week google took our ads off because of the app , it said it has malicious software

we have since taken the app off- though we still have 3 months left on the price paid
But the ads are back online ,

We take user security very seriously: we perform antivirus checks on all uploaded files and maintain strict security protocols.

Google’s detection systems flagged a potential malware risk in a file uploaded via our chat widget, resulting in the temporary blocking of the domain we use for file hosting. To address this quickly, we migrated to a new domain and confirmed there was no actual risk to our users. Google unblocked the original domain on October 30, indicating it was likely a false alarm.

However, Google Ads support may still be working with outdated information, so some customers may need to contact Google directly for the resolution to reactivate ads.

Excellent application that we have been using for several years now.
We recently had a problem with our subscription plan which we needed to change to a monthly plan, and for which we had confusing information which resulted in a very frustrating situation. Anna from Brevo was great in solving this problem in no time.

I recommend the app.

The initial set up was easy and the more I dive in there are lots of extra features to help with conversion rate.

I really like this app. I can tell a lot of thought went into it and they continue to make improvements. You can personalize the appearance and content so that it reflects your brand/personality. I like that when a customer chats, you can see their geographic location as well as where they are in your shop. I also like that you can set a schedule for when your chat is active. The communication with the developer has been excellent: friendly, helpful and professional.

Original review (2015): Still trying to drive more traffic to this new store to really put this thing through the paces, but no complaints yet!

Pretty easy to use and enough free features it's worth grabbing as a new store.

I particularly like the ability to add a photo in and make the chat seem personal.

Update April 2020: still on it. Still fantastic.

What a difference Chatra has made to our site. In the 10 days we have been using the app, we have captured three sales either directly or indirectly related to our ability to take questions directly from customers, in real time.

The interface is easy enough to use, even us Luddites figured it out in seconds. Installation and activation was instant, and we were configured and up and running in minutes. I can't stress enough how simple the process was - so happy about that!

As we looked deeper into the app, we found other customization options that we are now using, including auto-away and some other useful options.

Simply an amazing tool to augment our relationship-building and customer relations initiatives. Bravo!

This app is truly AMAZING. We are only in the trial phase and we have closed at least 3 sales due to the ability to speak to customers live as they browse the site. The functionality is great, we particularly love that we can see what pages customers are on and track their movement as they navigate the site. The customer service is also excellent. This app is definitely worth it for the paid version, it adds value for your customers and will pay for itself with one sale. Highly recommended!
